Please note: Chairs and Speakers at the pre-conference Interest Groups Events are not to be considered invited speakers.

 

We would like to draw your attention on the fact that, additionally, you may book for:

 The “Pizza Event” that will be held on Thursday 7 September 2017 at 20.30 (20€)

 The Conference Dinner, that will be held on Friday, 8 September 2017 at 20.30 (50€)

Please note that there are only 350 places available for both these additional events and these places will be allocated on a first come – first served basis.

If you have any special requests related to the conference dinner (allergies, dietary requirements, and so on) please select it in the next page or don’t hesitate to contact us including the order no. that you will receive via email after the checkout. Moreover if you need an hard copy receipt rather than PayPal/bank transfer receipt please email us with the order no.

We kindly ask you to book the dinner as soon as possible (due to limited availability), ideally at the same time as registering for the conference.

Reimbursement policyPlease note that reimbursement of the registration fee, once it has been paid, will not be possible.

Cancellation policy:  The local organising committee reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation, or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the conference. If a conference is cancelled, the local organising committee will only be responsible for reimbursement of the participant´s registration fee.
BY REGISTERING TO THE CONFERENCE, USERS ACCEPT THAT THEY COULD BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND THAT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ONLINE AFTER THE CONFERENCE
